AGREE test chamber

Agree test chamber-水印版.jpg

The Agree test chamber is an environmental simulation device integrating temperature, humidity, and vibration testing functions. It is primarily used in aerospace, aviation, electronics, chemical, automotive electronics, new energy, semiconductor, and military research fields for composite stress screening tests in product development, production, and quality inspection.

The equipment consists of modules such as the chamber body, control system, refrigeration/dehumidification system, heating/humidification system, and air duct system. It supports rapid temperature changes (linear rate up to 1–15℃/min) and multi-factor collaborative testing. Core functions include compatibility with existing vibration equipment for vertical or horizontal testing, independent temperature and humidity test modes, and customized chamber design.  ATMARS control system primarily uses a touchscreen and PLC architecture, equipped with intelligent PID control, USB data storage, RS-232/485 communication interfaces, and features remote monitoring, fault warning, and multiple safety protection functions.

The technical parameters of the comprehensive test chamber mainly include environmental conditions, vibration performance, structural materials, control power supply, and compliance with standards. Regarding environmental parameters, common temperature ranges include -70℃ to +150℃, -40℃ to +150℃, and -60℃ to 150℃, with temperature fluctuation typically ≤ ±0.5℃ (no-load), temperature uniformity typically ≤ ±2.0℃, and selectable linear/non-linear heating/cooling rates, commonly ranging from 0.7℃/min to 15℃/min. Common humidity ranges include 20% to 98%RH (+20℃ to +70℃) and 30% to 98%RH, with humidity deviation/uniformity varying from ±2%RH to ±5%RH.

Vibration parameters include vibration frequency range such as 2Hz~4000Hz, vibration thrust including sinusoidal thrust, random thrust, and impact thrust, with specific values such as 300kgf, 6.0kN, etc., and table size and maximum load, for example, table size 500mm×500mm, maximum load 120kg or 150kg.
