Inner liner: 304 stainless steel, thick plate, resistant to temperature and corrosion; cabinet shell: cold-rolled steel plate, high-temperature spray coating; multi-layer silicic acid aluminum insulation layer, heat insulation and energy saving, outer wall at low temperature. Thick and high-temperature resistant silicone rubber whole-ring seal, reducing heat loss.
Hot air circulation system
High-power long-axis fan + multi-channel diversion design, vertical circulation up and down, large cavity ensures uniform temperature throughout the area, no dead corners, no local overheating.
Heating system
Stainless steel finned heater, stable temperature rise; uses SSR solid-state relay for contactless temperature control, small temperature fluctuation, equipped with independent over-temperature protector for dual safety protection. Control system
7-inch / 10-inch touch screen, single-stage constant temperature or multi-stage program heating, holding, and cooling; supports timing and cyclic operation; can be externally connected with a temperature recorder, data export, and remote monitoring; has over-limit sound and light alarm.
Supporting structure
Layered grid model: multi-layer stainless steel shelves, suitable for small items in large batches;
Truck track model: built-in load-bearing track, equipped with heavy-duty material truck, with a load capacity of up to several hundred kilograms;
