Equipment Definition

The desktop oven, also known as the table-top oven or small precision hot air circulation oven, is a type of small constant-temperature baking equipment. It is compact in size and can be directly placed on the workbench for use. It is mostly used for drying, curing, and aging tests of electronic components, plastics, hardware, adhesives, PCBs, and laboratory samples. It is a commonly used small temperature range equipment in reliability laboratories. 

Main classifications

Ordinary hot air tabletop oven

Single air duct hot air circulation, basic drying, dehumidification, and baking, with high cost performance.

Precision tabletop oven

Double air duct uniform air supply, high temperature control accuracy, suitable for electronic component aging, glue curing, and precision sample testing.

Dust-free tabletop oven (clean model)

Built-in high-efficiency filter, suitable for clean rooms, semiconductors, and optical components.

Nitrogen-filled tabletop oven (anti-oxidation)

Can introduce nitrogen to prevent metal, copper parts, and components from oxidizing and changing color at high temperatures.
