HALT - Highly Accelerated Life (Limit) Test

HALT.jpg

Highly Accelerated Life (Limit) Test is a testing method that uses progressively high stress to rapidly induce and expose potential defects or weaknesses in a product's design, manufacturing process, materials, or structure, while simultaneously understanding the product's limits. Failure analysis and improvements are then made to enhance product reliability.

Accelerated Stress Screening (equipped with a mechanically refrigerated chamber to integrate multiple environmental stresses, eliminating the need for liquid nitrogen, or using single random vibration)

The Integrated Stress Testing System: This system integrates testing for various environmental stresses (such as vibration, temperature, rapid temperature cycling, and electrical stress), enabling a more comprehensive assessment of a product's overall durability and limits. This is HALT's core value. Through such accelerated and high-stress testing, product weaknesses can be exposed in a shorter time, premature products can be eliminated, problems can be quickly identified, and product improvements can be facilitated.
