    Equipped with a high-efficiency vacuum pumping system and precision pressure sensor, the chamber achieves ultra-high vacuum degree control (up to 1×10⁻⁶ Pa, customizable) with a vacuum control accuracy of ±0.01 Pa. Its high-sealing structural design with imported sealing components ensures long-term stable vacuum holding without obvious pressure leakage, perfectly simulating the actual low-pressure/vacuum working environment of products and guaranteeing the authenticity of test results.
     
  2. Integrated Precision Control of Multi-Parameters
     
    The chamber realizes synchronous and high-precision regulation of vacuum degree, temperature and gas filling (optional inert gas). Adopting an advanced PLC intelligent control system and high-sensitivity multi-point sensors, it supports real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of all test parameters, with temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C in the vacuum state, meeting the complex testing requirements of high-end industrial products.

    The inner cavity is made of high-purity 304/316 stainless steel with a mirror polishing process, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and free of particulate pollution—suitable for precision component testing. The outer shell and pressure-bearing structure adopt high-strength alloy steel welding and integral forming, with excellent anti-deformation and pressure-bearing capacity, ensuring safe and stable operation even under long-term ultra-high vacuum conditions and avoiding structural damage caused by pressure difference.
