Temperature, Humidity and Vibration Combined Test Chamber (Core Testing Equipment for Environmental Reliability)

The full name is the temperature-humidity-vibration three-in-one test chamber, which is a high-end composite environmental reliability testing equipment. It integrates a temperature-humidity environment chamber and an electric vibration table, and can simultaneously superimpose three stresses: temperature, humidity, and mechanical vibration. It can truly reproduce the multi-stress coupling conditions such as product transportation, outdoor, vehicle-mounted, and airborne, and is the standard equipment for reliability verification of electronic, automotive, military, and aerospace products.

In reality, products do not endure high temperatures, humidity, or vibrations alone. The three stresses interact and amplify the risk of failure:

High and low temperatures cause materials to expand and contract, increasing the stress at solder joints. When combined with vibration, it is highly likely to result in poor soldering and cracking;

High humidity reduces insulation performance. Vibration damages the seal, allowing moisture to infiltrate and causing short circuits and corrosion;

Vibration intensifies structural fatigue, and temperature and humidity accelerate aging. A single test cannot expose such coupled defects.

The equipment synchronously controls and schedules the cooling, heating, humidification, and vibration table through a unified system. The three stresses are simultaneously applied to accelerate the occurrence of potential faults and significantly shorten the reliability verification cycle.
